Willis Jacob (Jay) Gamble passed away unexpectedly in his home on Sunday, January 29, 2023.  He was born on January 11, 1974 in Illinois and lived in Florida during his childhood years.  He lived many years in Missoula, Montana before moving to Thief River Falls in November 2021 to be near his family.

Jay graduated from Manatee High School with a special education diploma and worked many custodial jobs throughout his life.  He attended Thief River Falls Evangelical Free Church, was a participant in the Falls DAC program, and worked part-time at Pennington Square.  He enjoyed movies and having coffee with friends in the community room at Riverside Terrace.  He was a big guy with a very big heart.

Jay was preceded in death by his parents Kurk Klossner and Gay Klossner.  Jay is survived by his only brother Roy Klossner (Sara) of Thief River Falls and two nephews, Jacob Klossner of Shoreview MN and Isaac Klossner of Thief River Falls, and many cousins.

Jay will be laid to rest beside his beloved mother and her parents in the Gamble family cemetery in Grand Cane, LA.
