Obituary | Larry Harman of Twin Valley, Minnesota

Larry Harman, age 81, of Twin Valley, MN, died Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at the Essentia Hospital in Ada, MN.

Larry Harman was born on October 22, 1941, in Lake Wilson, MN, to Kenneth and Anna (Verdoorn) Harman. Larry graduated from the Lake Wilson High School and as young man; he worked various jobs throughout the area. In 1963, Larry was united in marriage to Joyce Rustman in Worthington, Minnesota.  They made their home in several different communities where he was employed with Campbell’s Soup, 7-Up, Waldorf Manufacturing, and Federal Cartage, along with several other companies. Larry and Joyce spent many years living in Lake Poinsett, SD. In the early 2000s, they moved to Twin Valley where they made their home with their son, Kevin. 

As a young man, Larry spent his time outdoors, camping and fishing. In his later years, he enjoyed watching TV and spending time with family. Larry will be greatly missed by his loved ones.

Larry is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Joyce; three sons, Kevin of Twin Valley, Tim of Moorhead, MN, and LeRoy (Deb) of Hot Springs, SD; two sisters, four brothers and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers and one sister.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Good News Fellowship Church, Gary MN.
