OF A PUBLIC hearing on
conditional use permit
application
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Sanders Township, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall located at: 13029 120th Ave NW, Thief River Falls, MN 56701 to consider the application for a Conditional Use Permit Application by Kenneth A. Lubarski for a private event facility, to be located on the following described real property:
A parcel of land which is part of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼), of Section Eleven (11), Township One Hundred Fifty-three (153), Range Forty-four (44) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 80 rods East of the southwest corner of said Section 11; thence North a distance of 52 rods; thence East a distance of 48 rods; thence South a distance of 52 rods to the point of intersection with the South line of said Section 11; then West along the South line of said Section 11 a distance of 48 rods to the point of beginning, containing 15.6 acres, more
or less.
At the public hearing on the above-described Application, the Town of Board of Sanders Township will hear all persons interested in the subject matter of the Conditional Use Permit Application.
