in polk county court 49 year old jared kallus of east grand forks has been charged with felony sale of a controlled substance in a prohibited zone and felony possession of a controlled substance in a prohibited zone according to court records on october 5th a probation officer did a home check of callus in east grand forks and saw a glass pipe with residue on it and found 5.6 grams of suspected meth in pennington county district court 37 year old matthew dewayne carlson of thief river falls has been charged with felony check forgery according to court documents between august 13th to august 23rd of this year carlson forged multiple checks in thief river falls totaling eleven thousand five hundred twenty eight dollars and in marshall county district court thirty-year-old marshall lee james of warren has been charged with felony domestic assault by strangulation according to court documents on october 6 marshall county deputies responded to a 911 residence james was stopped while backing out of the driveway the female victim reported he allegedly slapped her pulled her hair and choked her and two men from langby are each facing criminal charges uh 29 year old brandon nattress and 25 year old gabriel clicker no booking photos available according to court documents on october 5th the deputy received a report a polaris ranger had been stolen from otter auto value in the city of bagley the incident was captured on surveillance video uh which uh showed the ranger being driven away followed by a dodge dart brandon nattress has been charged with felony theft of a motor vehicle gabriel clicker has been charged with felony aid and a bet motor vehicle theft i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
