32 year old joshua hernandez of crookston has been charged with felony domestic assault by strangulation and felony threats of violence according to court documents on september 11th police responded to a crookston residence the female victim reported hernandez had allegedly assaulted her by slamming her into a bookshelf grabbing her arms and choking her he also allegedly threatened to kill her and 43 year old drew holloway of thiefer falls has been charged with felony domestic assault by strangulation according to court documents on september 15th a woman reported she was pushed into holloway’s thief river residence and they argued she attempted to leave and he pushed her back in the house and she punched him in the face then he allegedly started choking her she broke away kicking him in the groin and dropping him holloway eventually let her leave saying quote don’t press charges and 42 year old andrew cowett of crookston has been charged with felonies of pattern of stalking and threats of violence along with four counts of misdemeanor domestic assault according to court records a september 16th investigation revealed cowett allegedly verbally and physically assaulted a female victim the victim stated there are so many instances of assault she cannot remember a timeline of them she stated he’s uh told her she is worthless and better off dead charges also allege that he sent a group text to the female victim and children that stated quote you’re all dead to me cowette has prior convictions of a controlled substance crime two counts of burglary assault and disorderly conduct i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
