Beltrami, Cass & Clay Counties (trfnews.i234.me) — A disturbing spike in felony-level charges has swept across Northern Minnesota, involving serious allegations ranging from vehicular assaults to sex crimes and child neglect.
In Beltrami County, Zoe Rose Bunker of Red Lake is now facing three felony counts of criminal vehicular operation stemming from a January 29th injury crash in Bemidji. Alcohol is alleged to have been a factor in the incident. Additionally, Isaac Garcia Yanez of Bemidji has been charged with felony domestic assault and two gross misdemeanor counts of child neglect.
In Cass County, 18-year-old Aiden Jackson Sharp has been charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a 14-year-old female. Christina Marie Dudley of Red Lake has also been charged with felony receiving stolen property and gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation, related to a vehicle theft case.
Meanwhile, in Clay County, Isabelle Lorraine Barrett of Moorhead faces felony domestic assault charges with two or more previous convictions within 10 years, as well as felony violation of a protection order.
Law enforcement agencies across these counties are actively pursuing these cases as they move through the courts.
