Duncan was convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct on May 24, 2001, by the Stearns District Court in Minnesota. The charges stemmed from an incident where Duncan, aged 25 at the time, forcibly sexually assaulted a 35-year-old woman in her home. Duncan threatened the victim with a knife and engaged in penile-vaginal intercourse while wearing a nylon over his head. He was sentenced to 196 months in prison, with five years of supervised probation after his release.

He also has “Roslyn” tattooed on his left calf and three hearts with names on his right arm, including “Mattie McKinnon,” “Shorty,” and “Date.”
His registered residences include 3201 20th St S, #212, Fargo, ND 58104, and 486 Baja Ln, Fargo, ND 58103, both in Cass County.
