North Dakota Deputy Faces Troublesome Prisoner

COOPERSTOWN, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Griggs County Deputy wound up with a prisoner, who turned out to be a bit of a nightmare.
a man listed with the California address is facing a long string of charges after allegedly putting a Griggs County deputy through a lot of grief in Cooperstown North Dakota on October 12th they received a report of a stolen pickup downtown it was soon spotted stuck in the snow behind the high school with a man now identified as 38 year old Lawrence Oakley behind the wheel oakley wouldn’t follow commands and the deputy and sheriff were able to put him in handcuffs Oakley took a breathalyzer test in the patrol vehicle and blew a point 166 twice the legal limit of alcohol and then spit through the cage into the deputy’s face who then decided to take him straight to Jamestown where Gregg’s County prisoners are housed then seven miles out of Cooperstown Oakley began to cry saying that his hands were numb because the handcuffs were too tight so the deputy stopped and Hannaford to check the cuffs he asked a couple of by10 bystanders to stand by while he let Oakley out of the back seat to check the handcuffs and Oakley turned on him as if he was going to fight and started yelling at the deputy telling him he was going to beat him up a bystander helped the deputy get oakley and back into the patrol vehicle and he was taken to the Stutsman County Jail in Jamestown where he still sits charged with two felonies of unauthorized use of a vehicle and contact by bodily fluids plus misdemeanors of DUI preventing arrest and criminal mischief I’m Neil Berg reporting for i news dot TV
