Great guy. Helped me with some jurisdictional arguments and we spoke at length about the slush fund ND operated that pay for endless attys for badly run health clinics. He cared about justice.
Very sad. Let's hope that this isn't the result of him having embraced the narrative and gotten vaxxed to the max.

While I didn't also agree with him politically, he was a good Atty General and did his best to defend the laws passed by our legislature at the federal level.
