Nisswa, Crow Wing County (trfnews.i234.me) Adam Albert Pence, 40, of Nisswa, is charged with four felonies.
The charges follow a search warrant at his home. Law enforcement executed the warrant on Earl Drive in Nisswa on Feb. 22, 2026. The case includes allegations of illegal gun possession. Two of the felony counts involve firearms restrictions.

Authorities say investigators served the search warrant at Pence’s residence. Search warrants are issued by a judge. They allow a search for listed evidence. Warrants must be supported by sworn information.
