Joshua Wilcox of Fargo is allegedly doing it again he’s been charged with another felony count of stalking and two counts of violating a protection order this week that follows a very long string of felony charges we told you about just last month a Fargo woman is living an ex-boyfriend a nightmare however the suspect joshua dean wilcox may have just received a slap of reality Wilcox has been charged with seven criminal counts in an ongoing alleged creepy and sometimes scary harassment of his ex-girlfriend here’s a couple accounts of his alleged actions according to court documents on October 28th after being arrested following a foot pursuit the officer asked Wilcox what he was doing hanging around his ex-girlfriend’s residence at 2:30 in the morning Wilcox replied quote to be honest I was just going to sit around behind this building and see if my ex is sleeping around unquote now during another alleged incident on October 26th the victim came down to her parked car and was confronted by Wilcox she said she had her phone in her hand and he commented are you recording me while trying to slap the phone out of her hand the phone flew and hit the ground the victim said she went to get it and Wilcox followed her pushing her to the ground Wilcox then walked a short distance away sat down and waited for police the victim also stated that Wilcox has constantly been texting her an officer stated in court documents that Wilcox is conducting himself in a manner that serves no legitimate purpose but to frighten harass and intimidate the victim Joshua Wilcox has now been charged with seven felonies stalking and refusal to halt along with five felony charges of violation of a domestic violence protection order I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
