from the Rendell parish they have listed daughters of Jacob the Julie hearth home this evening at six thirty and on Wednesday at ten o’clock in the morning Gary circle and quilting 630 Christmas caroling there to meet at neff seven o’clock Gary council meeting and also seven o’clock fabrics evening bible study with a potluck and that will have group leading the bible study and from any of the other churches i know many things took place over the weekend including the concert at fabric yesterday which was very good it wasn’t attended by a huge number of people probably because of the weather and several churches had their programs yesterday for resurrection free they had bible study this morning at tomorrow at nine they have women’s Bible study and 7pm women’s Christian Christmas party and Wednesday their usual activities hope evangelical list Wednesday there awana caroling 6 to 730 and his group at seven and their Sunday School Christmas program is also next week at four o’clock church and I guess check for any others in your newsletters or your bulletins if I have missed any church related announcements and we have a nice efe holiday happenings for early childhood this evening at six thirty in the school lunchroom it’s for families with children from birth to five years old and parents join in this holiday holiday event with Santa and mrs. Claus they’ll get to do some different activities and they can also donate to the ECI splash pad project don’t think they usually have an actual admission charge sometimes they have that for families a fine making classes coming up with the egg teacher with neighborhoods and that is on December twentieth six o’clock there’s a cost of twenty-five dollars or more depending upon the size of the sign and you do need to pre-register and have a twenty dollar deposit is limited to 15 people from the school we have had a lot of activities over the weekend on friday evening we had ball games and 7th and 8th grade played against Red Lake Falls and 7th grade 134 15 the eighth grade lost 16 236 they just couldn’t get anything going that day and JV and varsity played Norman County East you’ll in hitterdal JV lost 22 248 varsity 153 to 34 and we did have a number of players that scored I didn’t get the stats on it but I know we had a fairly good group of players scoring since we had 53 points then the boys had their second and third part of their holiday tournament in Thief River on Friday evening they played Cass Lake and lost 66 to 77 which is actually pretty good against that team and we had john larson with 15 points 12 rebounds of steel and three out of four for his free throws athan McCollum had 16 points three rebounds and two steals John sanest had 14 points and I know some of those were three pointers Vincent Bennish had eight and then several others also scored and of course from Cass Lake they had several that were in double figures saturday they played I believe Steven Argyle and lost 638 260 and I did not get any more stats on that as far as anything now this week we have junior high choir meeting this week I think the choir concert is set for Thursday evening the 15th at seven thirty in the old gym and we do have a lot of different activities going on tonight and tomorrow the seventh and eighth-grade girls have a game at bagley today and I’ve mentioned the ecfe family holiday happenings tomorrow we have a girls and boys doubleheader at climax Fisher and JV both of them are playing at four-thirty and varsity then we’ll be at approximately six and there’s old boys and girls varsity so the girls are at six the boys are approximately seven-thirty there also is a sea team and that is listed for 5 30 so they’re going to have a lot of games tomorrow evening it’s also the school board meeting tomorrow night and I think that’s when the outgoing school board members will be recognized during a prior to the meeting and that’s Dennis Hanson and mr.
