In the early hours of August 20, police responded to a disturbance report at 415 Kendall Ave. S., leading to the arrest of 44-year-old Bobby Jo Michelle Kuznia of Newfolden. Kuznia has been cited for fourth-degree DWI after she was found allegedly pounding on a bedroom window at the residence.
Upon arrival, officers noted signs of impairment. A preliminary breath test indicated an alcohol concentration of 0.15, with a subsequent breath test showing 0.12. Kuznia was taken into custody following the incident.
