New York Man Faces Charges After Allegedly Ramming Car in Minnesota

FRAZEE, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Hector Morales-Pagen, a 26-year-old from Amsterdam, New York, is facing serious criminal charges in Frazee, Minnesota, after allegedly crashing into a vehicle driven by the victim. According to court documents, the incident occurred on July 20th, when a Becker County Deputy responded to a disturbance. The female victim reported that Morales-Pagen had damaged property at her residence and physically pushed her following an argument over text messages. As the victim left the residence with two small children and headed to the police station, Morales-Pagen reportedly rammed her vehicle with his own. He is now charged with felonies for assault with a dangerous weapon (his vehicle) and first-degree property damage, as well as misdemeanor domestic assault.
