we have an update to a fatal crash at the state fairgrounds in minot at 12 40 a.m sunday the north dakota highway patrol now says a off-road polaris vehicle driven by 42 year old jamie scott of mandan crashed into a parked car the off-road vehicle overturned jamie scott 42 of mandan was pronounced deceased at the scene uh passenger 41 year old colleen scott of mandan suffered non-life-threatening injuries the crash remains under investigation by the north dakota ohio patrol i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
