this in from the marshall county sheriff’s department out of warren minnesota regarding recent felony arrests on march 16th marshall county deputies executed executed a probation search on marty major at his residence in warren with a search warrant while searching the resident the deputies found two stolen tool boxes six bottles of tramadol pills and two firearms major could not be in possession of these firearms because of previous felony convictions major was charged with gross misdemeanor 5th degree possession of drugs felony theft and felony in possession of a firearm which is a felony charge major is awaiting his first court appearance on march 29th then on march 24th uh deputies executed a search warrant on the elm crest motel room 22 in warren ryan bowman was staying in this room deputies arrived at the motel and found uh ryan bowman outside his room he was informed there was a search warrant and he left them into the room upon entering the room the deputies found many items of drug paraphernalia uh including clonazepam pills which ryan does not have a prescription for uh they also allegedly found used needles pipes baggies with white residue in them in them the residue and pipes tested positive for meth ryan bowman was taken into custody and booked into the marshall county jail he’s been charged with two counts of felony fifth degree drug possession ryan’s first court appearance was on march 23rd he’s being held on 700 bond and is still in custody as of this friday then on february 23rd scott oysted was booked into the marshall county jail for first degree criminal sexual conduct a felony charge marshall county deputies received an arrest warrant for scott and he was arrested in strangus minnesota he’s being held on a ten thousand dollar bond i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
