New Felony Charges Filed in Beltrami County Court

23 year old Richard Paquette of Bemidji has been charged with felony theft according to court documents between June 1st and July 10th of 2022 he allegedly stole over three thousand dollars from the crash register while working for the Cenex North gas station in Bemidji 25 year old Randall W Kingbird of Deer River has been charged with two counts of felony domestic assault and felony harassment according to court documents on July 18th he punched his former girlfriend in the head while driving in Bemidji he has three previous assault convictions and 35 year old Darren W brown of Cass Lake has been charged a felony fleeing and felony first degree DWI and uh misdemeanors of possession of meth and driving after cancellation according to court documents on July 18th at 1 29 a.m he fled a traffic stop on an ATV for a short time but before stopping and 35 year old uh Johnson Dean T John of Cass Lake is facing five felony counts of violating a no contact order according to court documents between April 9th and July 10th of 2022 he allegedly made contact with the female victim via text messages and calls while an inmate at the Beltrami County Jail T John has an extensive criminal history and 20 year old Tommy James fisherman of Bemidji has been charged with felony attempt to disarm a peace officer and felony obstruct legal process and a gross misdemeanor of possession of meth according to court documents on July 20th Bemidji police were dispatched to a residence where a male and female were screaming at each other fishermen allegedly ended up struggling with the officer trying to pull his Glock out of his waistband before he was taken to the ground and arrested I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
