FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Fargo man is facing drug trafficking charges, after the Cass County Drug Task Force seized nearly 2,000 Fentanyl pills.
Tyrone De Juan Griffin of Fargo was arrested and charged with two felony counts of drug trafficking for possession with intent to deliver 40 grams or more of Fentanyl and marijuana. The Cass County drug task force had been conducting surveillance on Griffin and his vehicle, and he was pulled over for a traffic violation on I-94 westbound in Fargo. Griffin gave a false name and was arrested, and the vehicle was towed to the Cass County drug task force building. A search warrant was obtained, and 1950 M30 Fentanyl pills and 17 grams of marijuana were found in the vehicle.
