BAGLEY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Justin B. Camp, a 41-year-old from Naytahwaush, Minnesota, has been incarcerated since March 13th on charges of assaulting and kidnapping a female victim in December. Now, Camp faces 17 new criminal charges, including seven felony charges, for allegedly violating a no-contact order by texting the victim from Clearwater County Jail in Bagley. Inmates can use cellular devices, known as “texters,” to communicate outside the jail, but sheriff’s office staff monitors all messages. In one message, Camp expressed sentiments of affection to the victim, who fears for her safety upon his release
