Authorities have released the names of the people involved in a two-vehicle collision south of Grand Forks that left a Minnesota woman dead.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol Stephanie Jeane Cluever, (26) of Little Falls, was a passenger in a vehicle that crossed the centerline and struck a semi just before 11:30 a.m. Monday. The driver has been identified as Julio Lazaros Huertas, (21) of Waite Park. He was transported to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, with non-life-threatening injuries.
He has been charged with driving under revocation. Other charges are pending.
The truck driver and his passenger suffered no apparent injury.
