Polk County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – In a bizarre and alarming incident on June 13, 2025, Christopher Arnet Wilson, 45, of Alvarado, was arrested for First-Degree Burglary after allegedly breaking into an occupied rural home while naked and high on methamphetamine.
According to court documents, around 5:00 a.m., residents of a home near 420th Avenue S.W. were startled awake by loud banging. A naked, mud-covered man had broken into their home through a window. He later fled through the front door after a confrontation with the homeowner, who had armed himself.
Deputies soon found Wilson’s abandoned Chevy Equinox in a ditch and scattered clothing nearby. After a day-long search, Wilson was discovered hiding half-submerged in the Grand Marais Creek. At the hospital, Wilson admitted to being a meth addict and using drugs the day before the break-in.
Wilson’s criminal history includes burglary, theft, drug charges, fleeing police, and domestic assault.
He now faces a felony charge of First-Degree Burglary, punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
