Iona, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at approximately 1:47 p.m., a single-vehicle accident occurred on Highway 267 near Ireland Avenue in Murray County. A 2016 Ram 1500, driven by 56-year-old Jody Michael Paugh of Iona, MN, was traveling southbound when it left the roadway and struck a tree.
Paugh sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls for treatment. He was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, and alcohol was not a factor.
Emergency responders from the Murray County Sheriff’s Office and Ambulance, Iona Fire and First Responders, Slayton Fire Department, and North Memorial Air assisted at the scene.
