Racine Township, Mower County (trfnews.i234.me)On Friday, April 25, 2025, at approximately 1:02 PM, a peculiar and hazardous incident occurred on Highway 63 near milepost 27 in Racine Township, Minnesota. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, 36-year-old Casandra Danielle Faulhaber of Le Roy was driving her 2017 Kia Sorento southbound when an unidentified object, suspected to have come from a passing vehicle, suddenly pierced through her windshield and struck her.

Faulhaber sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was promptly transported to Saint Mary’s Hospital for medical attention. Her passenger, 35-year-old Jerrod Ryan Faulhaber, also from Le Roy, was unharmed in the incident. Both occupants were wearing seat belts at the time, and authorities have confirmed that alcohol was not a factor.

Emergency response teams from the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Grand Meadow Ambulance, and Stewartville Fire Department assisted at the scene. The exact nature of the object that caused the injury remains under investigation.
