Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On May 25 at approximately 4:11 p.m., police allegedly observed a motorist known to have a cancelled driver’s license traveling near the intersection of Horace Avenue and First Street East. Wendy Sue Gustafson, 54, of Red Lake Falls, has been charged with driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety. She was subsequently arrested.
