Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On May 29 at 9:40 a.m., the sheriff’s office received a report of a motorist slumped over the wheel on Highway 59 near the intersection with 110th Street Northeast. Ronin Bradley Cloud, 18, of Thief River Falls, was cited for fourth-degree DWI and open bottle. He was arrested after awakening and exiting the vehicle when the deputy arrived.
