Motorcyclist Injured After Hitting Deer on Highway 32 North of Fertile, MN

FERTILE, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Breaking news from Polk County, Minnesota: a motorcyclist was injured after colliding with a deer on Highway 32, north of Fertile, on Sunday afternoon. Emergency services were dispatched just before 1 p.m. to respond to the incident about a mile to a mile and a half south of County Road 41.

According to a fellow rider, who was trailing behind on a trike, the victim was riding a Harley when a deer suddenly jumped into the roadway. The impact caused the motorcycle to skid, resulting in visible damage to the fender and windshield. The victim sustained a head injury and was bleeding, though the severity of the injuries is not yet known.
