Clay County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) — Ashley L. Ostrander of Moorhead is facing a staggering seven new felony charges while behind bars at the Clay County Jail. Ostrander, who has two or more prior domestic violence-related convictions in the past decade, is accused of repeatedly violating a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order (DANCO).
Court records reveal that between November 2024 and January 2025, Ostrander sent multiple letters to a Clay County man and his daughter, both protected under a no-contact order. Reports also indicate that Ostrander went as far as having others hand-deliver messages to the victims.
The situation has escalated dramatically, leaving authorities to charge her with seven felony-level violations of a protection order.
