MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A 36-year-old woman from Moorhead, Minnesota, has been charged with stealing a motorcycle. Jessica S. Cook was arrested on June 23rd after a Moorhead victim reported seeing their stolen motorcycle parked outside a retail store.
Police were present when Cook walked out of the store and approached the motorcycle. Cook provided conflicting stories to the officers. Initially, she claimed the motorcycle wasn’t hers, even though she had the keys. She then stated she had a bill of sale but was unable to produce it.
Jessica S. Cook has been charged with felony receiving stolen property.
