Moorhead (trfnews.i234.me) — Preston Samuel Barney Spangler, age 24, has been taken into custody by the Moorhead Police Department on multiple felony-level charges stemming from an alleged domestic incident.

Domestic Assault Causing Great Bodily Harm and/or Use/Threat with Weapon (2 counts)

DANCO Violation Within 10 Years of 2 or More Convictions

5th Degree Controlled Substance Possession – Schedule 1, 2, 3, 4 (Non-Marijuana)
Authorities state that Spangler forced entry into an occupied dwelling, committed violent acts involving a weapon during a domestic assault, and was found in possession of narcotics. He is also accused of violating a domestic abuse no-contact order (DANCO) with a previous record of violations.
Spangler is currently in custody pending further court proceedings.
