Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Moorhead police launched a search overnight after an armed robbery was reported at a Casey’s gas station in the city Tuesday evening.
Just before 11:00 p.m., authorities responded to a robbery in progress at the Casey’s located at 1702 30th Avenue South. According to on-scene observers, officers quickly established a perimeter around the area. Word circulated that a K9 unit was being brought in to assist in tracking the suspect, who reportedly fled on foot.
No additional details have been released, including suspect description, weapon used, or whether any injuries occurred. Moorhead law enforcement is actively investigating the incident and reviewing nearby video surveillance.
