Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) – Two men are facing serious charges after a brutal early-morning assault in a Moorhead parking lot.

According to court documents, the incident happened around 3:53 a.m. Friday in the lot at 1108 Belsly Boulevard. Witnesses told police they saw several people attacking one man while yelling “kill him.”

The victim was later spotted walking from the scene with blood on his face and hands, missing one shoe. He told officers he was riding his bike when confronted. One suspect allegedly pointed a handgun while another repeatedly hit him. He reported being punched and kicked at least 10 times by a group of three attackers.

Police arrested 24-year-old Tyler Cloud of Fargo and 23-year-old Jose Haro Jr. of Moorhead. Both are charged with first-degree aggravated robbery. Haro also faces misdemeanor charges of theft and fleeing police on foot. Authorities also confirmed a juvenile male was arrested in connection with the case.

Cloud was located inside a nearby apartment, while Haro was apprehended later after fleeing. The victim was treated for his injuries at the scene.

Both men now face felony counts that carry lengthy prison terms if convicted. The investigation remains ongoing in Clay County.
