Pursuit Details
Law enforcement deployed stop sticks to halt the vehicle near the 6000 block of 28th Avenue South. After the vehicle was immobilized, Reeves attempted to evade officers on foot, traversing through bushes and entering Interstate 94. During this attempt, a semi-truck had to stop abruptly to avoid a collision, and another vehicle nearly struck Reeves as he fell to the ground. Officers then surrounded and apprehended him.
