Moorhead, MN (trfnews.i234.me)—A horrifying case of violence has reached its conclusion in Moorhead, Minnesota. Robert Icanberry, 59, has been sentenced to just over 30 years in prison for the brutal stabbing death of Terry Klevgaard in April 2023. The victim, a Crookston, MN native, was discovered lifeless in an apartment after not being seen for more than two weeks.
Authorities say Icanberry fled to California shortly after the crime, attempting to evade justice. However, after two months on the run, he was captured and extradited back to Minnesota. Prosecutors secured a second-degree murder conviction, and with credit for nearly two years already served, Icanberry will now spend decades behind bars.
