Clay County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A Moorhead man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly threatening a woman with a firearm during a domestic incident.
According to a criminal complaint, Marvin James Turner refused to let a female victim into an apartment and was later heard chambering what sounded like a shotgun shell before issuing a threat.
Police obtained a search warrant and discovered a BB gun, a short-barreled shotgun, and a 9mm Luger cartridge inside the residence. Investigators noted Turner’s prior conviction prohibited him from possessing firearms or ammunition.
Turner now faces five felony charges, including:

He remains in custody as the case proceeds in Clay County District Court.
