Moorhead, Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Moorhead man faces four felony charges.
A Fargo woman reported an assault and a gun threat, court records say.
The defendant is Anthony L. Rodriguez, of Moorhead.
What court records allege
Court records say Fargo officers responded to a domestic call on Dec. 21.
The Fargo woman told police that Rodriguez was her boyfriend.
She said he had taken her handgun earlier.
She said he agreed to return it to her home.
She told police he seemed drunk when he arrived.
She also said she thought he was high on meth.
The woman said an argument started soon after he arrived.
She said Rodriguez accused her of things she did not do.
She told police he hit her in the head and face.
She said he also pulled her by the hair.
Records say police saw blood on her hoodie.
Records also say police saw dried blood near her nose.

Gun threat and escape
The woman told police that Rodriguez took her loaded handgun.
She said he pressed the barrel against her head.
She said he told her he would kill her.
She said she feared for her life.
The woman said Rodriguez blocked exits with his body.
She said he did not tie her up.
She said she later got out and ran into the street.
She said she went to a nearby bar for help.
She said she called a friend for a ride.
Gun found in the home
Police later searched the home, court records say.
Records say police found the gun above the ceiling tiles.
Felony charges
Prosecutors charged Rodriguez with four felonies, court records say.
The charges include theft of property.
The charges include unlawful possession of a firearm.
The charges include terrorizing in a domestic violence case.
The charges also include felonious restraint.
A charge is not proof of guilt.
Rodriguez is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
