Moorhead (trfnews.i234.me) — Joseph Micheal Vondal, age 38, was arrested by the Moorhead Police Department and is facing several criminal charges related to controlled substances, impaired driving, and obstruction of justice.

Charges Filed:

  • 3rd Degree Controlled Substance Possession – Cocaine/Heroin/Methamphetamine

  • 4th Degree DWI – Any Amount of Schedule 1 or 2 Substances (Excluding Cannabis/Hemp)

  • 5th Degree Controlled Substance Possession – Schedule 1, 2, 3, 4 or Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts)

  • False Name to Police

According to authorities, Vondal was apprehended during a traffic stop that revealed drug-related offenses, including possession of narcotics and driving under the influence of controlled substances.
