the texting went on for months the alleged rape took only a few minutes 57 year old drew norman kolberg of rosa was facing criminal sexual assault charges according to court documents on may 13th the female victim reported to authorities she’d been texting with kohlberg and a friend dropped her off at his house in roseau the victim reported kohlberg started to kiss her then used her hair to pin her on the couch and held up a fist as if he was going to hurt her the victim stated he took off his clothing and she took off her clothing because she was afraid he was going to hurt her then he allegedly had sex with her the victim says then she asked to use the restroom and texted her friend to pick her up the victim reported that as she left the residence kohlberg told her not to say anything to anyone about what happened according to the court documents during an interview kohlberg admitted to messaging her for several months and offering his couch if she needed a place to stay he also allegedly admitted the female victim told him no two or three different times but he had sex with her kohlberg stated to the officer he knew what was wrong and that he was caught up in the moment drew kohlberg has been charged with two counts of felony first degree criminal sexual conduct each of the two charges carries a maximum sentence if convicted of 30 years or 25 years in prison i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
