MINTO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Minto, North Dakota man is facing a felony reckless endangerment charge after pedestrians reported a dangerous driving incident. Darrell Rudnik, 56, was driving at an estimated 80 mph on a frontage road coming into Minto on June 12th. According to court documents, he came close to hitting three pedestrians with squealing tires as he rounded a corner. The incident was witnessed by the three pedestrians and a deputy who determined that pursuing Rudnik at the time would be too dangerous.

Rudnik has a long history of driving-related charges and was recently released from the custody of Walsh County Law Enforcement Center after serving an estimated 90 days in jail.
