RED LAKE, MN (trfnews.i234.me) Native Care medical dispensary announced on their facebook page this week they’ll begin selling marijuana to those 21 and over on August 1. It’s when recreational marijuana becomes legal in Minnesota. Meanwhile, it could be a year before marijuana retail stores are given the O.K. to setup at locations that are not on reservations.
hi everyone Neil Berg up here in northern Minnesota in the community of Red Lake while it may not come to mind as a shopping hot spot it soon will be at least in person or online come August 1st that’s when recreational marijuana becomes legal in Minnesota this week they announced on their Facebook page they begin selling marijuana out of the Native care dispensary set up in this former grocery store we had hoped to talk with the folks who operated it or tribal leaders but we keep going around in circles on that meanwhile on their website nativecare.com it’s listing their menu of cannabis to go on sale to those 21 and over on August 1st which will make it Minnesota’s first retail store for cannabis meanwhile State officials say it could be a year before all the state regulations are in place for retail companies to open at locations not located on reservations the Red Lake nation is set up as a sovereign entity and is apparently not under the same state regulations as marijuana becomes legal in Minnesota on August 1st I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

"Native care". What a cringey name. Why do we do this to ourselves as a race. So goddamn ugly.
Edit: How do you guys think this makes us look?
Hey Neil, how would one get one of those awesome Inewz hats?
Of course.
What do those store names mean? I injured my tongue trying
everyone needs to remember that all activity on the red lake reservation is governed by one's race –
You would think that there's enough drugs in MN but the woke democratic will do absolutely anything to buy votes they can't handle liquor let alone do drugs
As being a closed reservation.. how should or do, non tribal members approach this.. or feel.. is it going to be issue or non issue!?!? Do we enter, with no worries of violating or trespassing!?
I love the no masks sign. Very smart. No sarcasm
Lots of folks still walking around wearing masks, apparently to virtue signal their alliance to the cause? Looks like they will be making an exception here.
I'm waiting for delivery!
I don’t like that their price for an ounce is around $100 more than most dispensaries. Why is that I wonder. Governor Waltz said he wants prices to stay low to avoid illicit sales and these prices don’t help. I really hope they plan to lower them for the recreational stuff.
It's closed .. not the same as open reservations.. so different laws.. duh!?
380 an ounce , get fucked
Are they paying taxes, like everyone else’s?
Don’t think so……..
Smoking news Neil. Good report.
What could possibly go wrong?
Hows ice fishing up there
The website is in need of some help. No prices? I do not know what to expect when I get up there…
