GONVICK, MN – Tia Jean Nepean of Fosston, Minnesota, is facing serious criminal charges following a shocking incident near Gonvick on February 27, 2025.
According to court documents, Nepean allegedly rammed her vehicle into a male victim’s car, cracking his driver’s side window. The confrontation escalated when the victim exited his vehicle and stood in front of Nepean’s car, attempting to stop her from leaving. Instead of stopping, she allegedly continued pushing him out of the way with her vehicle.
Authorities have now charged Nepean with felony assault with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor criminal damage to property. If convicted, she could face significant legal penalties, including possible jail time and fines.
