  1. Marijuana is legalized FOR THE RICH ONLY in MN. Only if you own a house. Who is doing the training? Who is selling the tests? Who is making the money? We know these don’t work. Colorado went through it. Never admit to anything. Plead the 5th right when you the police ask you questions. They are NEVER GOING TO HELP YOU. They are looking for convictions to make money. It’s disgusting. We know the war on drugs is racist. Let’s wait and see how many people of color get arrested. This is a BLATANT cash grab. I’d even say that it could be a crime. We are wasting tax payers money on something Colorado already did. Pretty sure if I tried to swindle taxpayers out of money I would get arrested. Why the double standards? Why can the Medical Companies get away with moving Cannabis over state lines? A federal crime. And they got a slap on the wrist. Anyone else? They’d be screwed. If the legal system were fair Donald Trump would be in jail for ATTACKING THE CAPITAL. Native Americans wouldn’t be fighting for their Treaty rights. Treaties are THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND. Some people are above the law.

  2. Even as a person that has a bunch of college certifications I can say that a saliva test will not stand in court because of the endocannabinoid system differential between subjects. They would have to prove with out a doubt that your actions were being influenced from the THC in your system. Personally I'd like to go to the state driving facility and smoke with a cop watching to show them what truly to look for

  3. This report is completely false. Not the device, but Mn. State Patrol and other local police forces are testing many different solutions, that is to say there are several devices being tested currently. Not one has passed as of yet. Man. State Patrol is currently relying on roadside sobriety tests.

  4. And other drugs is the important part in Minnesota I think it's illegal to have any amount of schedule 2 in your system while driving even if you have a prescription so that means everyone getting Adderall or any pain meds can't even drive to the pharmacy to get them so they can get charged with a DUI have to get an attorney have to get there doctor to come and testify that they were not impaired. Pay attorney fees possibly lose the job. The drug schedule what based on addiction possibilities or abuse. Not impairment who's to say somebody couldn't be extremely abusing or schedule 3 and far more messed up than somebody that's taking a schedule to add medication

  5. Not enough information. Are the tests legal? Are the tests accurate? the field drug tests used now are not accurate too many items test positive that are candy food or drinks. The lawyers will benefit the most.

  6. This is just stupid to allow these failed devices to be in the hands of police. It has been shown for years that they have an incredibly high (no pun intended) false positive rate, as high as 87% for cocaine, and around 25% for THC. This product is a rebrand of a much older product that was proven so often wrong that they couldn't sell it anymore, so they rebranded. The program is already a failure in Michigan, so why is Minnesota wasting taxpayer money for this scam?
