Minnesota Marijuana Criminal Records Expunged

ST. PAUL, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Thousands of Minnesotans with criminal records for marijuana have been cleared.
Minnesota’s cannabis exponent board is scheduled to meet today for the first time the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension reported Monday that it has completed the process of expunging nearly 58,000 misdemeanor cannabis records ahead of schedule the BCA has worked since the passage of the adult use cannabis law late last August to identify criminal records that qualify for automatic expungement the expungement board will review felony marijuana offenses to consider whether the resentence or expunge record officials say the process of reviewing thousands of felonies could take years.
