MIDDLE RIVER, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Calvin John Rybakowski, a 50-year-old from Middle River, Minnesota, is facing first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges involving a child under 14. In August, Rybakowski allegedly touched the young female victim’s genitals, and the victim has since come forward, reporting that this abuse occurred multiple times.

When questioned by investigators, Rybakowski admitted to smoking marijuana and claimed he couldn’t recall the events of that night. “Goddamn it, I hope I didn’t do this. God, I hope I didn’t do it,” he reportedly said in a statement of probable cause.

If convicted, Rybakowski faces a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison for the charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
