FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – Fargo police have confirmed the arrest of Adrian Banks, a 42-year-old man from Wendell, Minnesota, in connection to a January 15 apartment fire.
Authorities were first called to the 1400 block of 32nd Street South shortly after 11 p.m. that evening to investigate a burglary. Shortly thereafter, firefighters responded to reports of a structure fire at the same location.
Adrian Banks was taken into custody by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 24. According to North Dakota court records, Banks faces charges of Burglary, Arson, and Criminal Mischief-Willful-Damage-Intentional exceeding $10,000—all Class B Felonies.
A warrant for Banks’ arrest had been issued on January 23.
