Nobles County, MN – The Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC) has issued a fugitive alert for Wicahpi Joseph Herman, wanted as of November 21, 2024, for violating his release terms related to a weapons conviction.
Herman, born on March 5, 1994, was sentenced on November 8, 2021, in Nobles County (Court File No. 53-CR-20-236). He was released on September 18, 2023, under the supervision of Agent Megan Nadeau, but has since been classified as a wanted fugitive.
Law enforcement urges the public to report any information about Herman’s whereabouts to Minnesota authorities or submit tips via the MNDOC fugitive hotline.
