Olmsted County, MN – Michael Emmanuel Ballard, 48, has been listed as a wanted fugitive as of December 12, 2023, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Ballard was sentenced on December 12, 2016, for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) under case number Olmsted – 55-CR-16-1981.
He was released on May 15, 2019, but has since violated the terms of his supervised release and is now actively wanted by authorities.
His supervising agent, Patrick Smith, along with law enforcement officials, is requesting public assistance in locating him.
