Anoka County, MN – John Allen Smith Jr., 59, is currently a wanted fugitive as of August 2, 2024, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Smith, born on June 10, 1965, was originally sentenced on October 6, 2021, for criminal sexual conduct under court file number 02-CR-16-551 in Anoka County. He was last released on June 15, 2023, but has since failed to comply with his release conditions and is now wanted by authorities.
His supervising agent, Allison Renken, and law enforcement are seeking public assistance in locating him.
