Hennepin County, MN – Diego Hernandez, 34, has been listed as a wanted fugitive as of May 28, 2024, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Hernandez was sentenced on May 22, 2019, for burglary-related offenses under case number 27-CR-19-7523 (Hennepin County). He was released on June 20, 2022, but violated the terms of his supervised release and is now actively wanted by authorities.
His supervising agent, Kris Sprague, and law enforcement officials are requesting public assistance in locating him.
