Hennepin County, MN – Raphael Ladon Powell, 34, is currently a wanted fugitive as of August 9, 2024, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Powell, born on April 19, 1990, was originally sentenced on December 3, 2018, for a sex-related offense (prostitution) under court file number 27-CR-18-8631 in Hennepin County. Following his release on April 4, 2023, he is now being sought by law enforcement after failing to comply with the terms of his release.
His supervising agent, Ann Moran, along with law enforcement, urges the public to report any information regarding Powell’s location.
