Minnesota DOC Fugitive: Lance David Pillard Wanted for Criminal Sexual Conduct

Morrison County, MNLance David Pillard, 27, is currently a wanted fugitive as of August 16, 2024, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).

Pillard, born on March 9, 1997, was originally sentenced on December 18, 2019, for criminal sexual conduct under court file number 49-CR-16-350 in Morrison County. Following his conviction, he was released from custody on January 25, 2021, but is now being sought by law enforcement after failing to comply with the terms of his release.

His supervising agent, Nicole Woodman, along with law enforcement, urges the public to report any information regarding Pillard’s location.
